Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be unworn with all original tags and packaging intact.
Defective items replaced immediately at no additional cost.
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive email confirmation at each stage.
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred Novalume accessory without delay.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating an international return.
